TERRALOX

Built in Oklahoma

Ground intelligence for Oklahoma foundations.

Oklahoma's clay soils swell when wet and shrink when dry, and homes move with them. Terralox builds the tools to understand that ground, from a free AI guide for homeowners to mapping, field and stabilization technology for the people who fix it.

Stabilization

Treat the ground, not just the symptoms.

Much of central and eastern Oklahoma sits on expansive clay. As moisture comes and goes, the clay swells and shrinks, and foundations move with it. Terralox is developing chemical soil injection to make that active zone less reactive to moisture.

  1. Read the ground. Soil series, geology and on-site measurements for the specific lot.
  2. Plan the treatment. Injection points, depths and spacing matched to the soil profile.
  3. Inject and verify. Treat the active clay zone, then track movement over time.
