Programs / TerraModel
Turn a foundation plan into a repair video homeowners understand.
Upload an ArcSite plan PDF. TerraModel reads the walls, piers and cracks, builds the house in 3D and walks through a steel push pier repair step by step. You get a 1080p video that plays on phones and in email.
How it works
- Upload the plan. Drop in an ArcSite PDF. Walls, interior walls, pier locations, cracks and the drawing scale are read automatically.
- Check and approve. Review what was read on top of the drawing. Add or remove piers and cracks before anything is built.
- Adjust the job. Project name, company, footer depth, crack size, number of pipe sections, lift and shims.
- Export the video. A 16:9 MP4 at 1080p or 720p: the house rises from the plan, cracks and piers are marked, then one pier is shown up close from excavation to backfill.
What's in the video
- Whole-house view built from the plan, with every pier numbered and every crack marked
- Close-up of one pier: dig, push pipe, top cap, jack, lift, supports, shims, backfill and mortar repair
- Underground view of the piers and a closing walkaround
- Captions and a step bar on every scene, with your company name
Is my plan uploaded anywhere?
No. TerraModel runs entirely in your browser. The PDF never leaves your computer. Projects are saved in your browser, or as a file you can send to a coworker.
What do subscribers get?
- Upload your own ArcSite plan PDFs and approve what was read
- Every job setting: footer depth, cracks, pipe sections, lift, shims
- Your company name and logo in every video
- Unlimited MP4 exports at 1080p or 720p, plus saved projects
What's next?
A crawl space (pier-and-beam) version and a shared project library for estimators.
