Photos show one angle. A 3D scan shows the whole house, crawl space, basement or yard, measured. TerraTwin keeps every scan with the job, so you can measure on it, mark what you found, scan the same house again later to see exactly what moved, and give homeowners a 3D tour of the real repair once it's installed.
What it will do
- Bring in 3D scans from the phone: the house, a crawl space, a basement wall or the yard and grade
- Measure on the scan: wall bow, crack length, how far a corner has dropped, slope of the ground away from the foundation
- Pin cracks, piers, drains and readings right on the 3D model
- Compare scans over time: before the repair, after, and a year later, with the movement shown in color
- Linked to the same job in TerraScan, TerraPlan and TerraCam
- 3D tours of real foundation repair installs: walk through the actual piers, brackets, beams and drainage as they were put in, before they're covered up
- Share a view with the homeowner or engineer, and add it to reports
