Look up a property and TerraScan pulls the soil, geology, flood zones, wetlands, groundwater and surface water around it from public sources, then lets you walk the site and pin what you find.
What it does
- Soil map units around the property with shrink-swell risk (USDA SSURGO)
- FEMA flood zones, USFWS wetlands, OWRB aquifers and USGS streams and ponds
- Bedrock geology, elevation, contours, 3D terrain and the township/range/section grid
- Nearby earthquakes, storm damage surveys, oil and gas wells and drought status
- Parcel and owner details for supported counties
- Site visits with pins, photos, uploaded site plans and a quick report
