Programs / TerraTopo
See where a floor has moved, and where the repair belongs.
Enter floor elevation readings on top of a floor plan. TerraTopo turns them into a color heatmap and contour map, then lays out piers along the outline and crawl space beams where the readings show settlement.
What it does
- Floor plan from a PDF or image, with a scale you set from two points
- Elevation readings placed by hand, on an auto-grid, or imported from a list
- Heatmap, contour lines and structural diagnostics such as slope and deflection
- Pier locations along the exterior outline, spaced by the nearest low readings
- Interior piers along interior walls (read from ArcSite PDFs) and on an even grid over open slab
- Crawl space beams you can add, move and label as existing or new
- Repair plans side by side: full correction, stabilization or targeted, to match the homeowner's budget
- Survey comparison over time, plus PNG and saved-survey exports
How does it connect to the other programs?
The pier and beam layout from TerraTopo will feed TerraModel, so the 3D repair video shows the real layout for that house.
